  • Contact Eric Pope to discuss your Christmas Tree, Wreath and Garland Fundraiser. We can discuss an overview of the program and begin to tailor the Christmas tree, wreath and garland fundraiser to your specific organization.

  • Begin Pre-Selling

  • Your organization’s volunteers start pre-selling Christmas trees, holiday wreaths and garland. Pre-selling trees usually has a time limit of 2-4 weeks. October is a great time to sell Christmas trees, holiday wreaths and garland.! Be sure to track each tree, wreath and garland sold and it’s size. You will also need contact info for each individual customer.

  • Place Your Order Online Ordering Deadline is November 1, 2019

  • Distribution

  • A central location such as a school parking lot is a perfect spot for you to distribute your trees, wreaths and garland. Pick up dates and Delivery dates are determined at the start of the program.

  • We Deliver

  • Cullowhee Mountain Farms offers tree delivery to your school or organization on minimum orders of 200 trees. (Unless you can combine your order with other local organizers.) Delivery fees may vary.
